Starting to get out more, using the bus, going places, doing more walking!!! Need to do more than 30 minutes a day, 5 days aweek. Its autumn, like all autumns,
its damp, wet, but not too stormy yet. Leaves are cluttering up the place and generaly being untidy. You slip and slid around on them and end up in puddles or worse. So here we are in not so sunney Skipton.
