Norbury Junction
on the Shropshire Union Canal or just plain shroppy.
this is all that remains of the old Shrewsbury canal.
In 2011, we arrived here from Brewwod, with Richard still with us, giving extra support along the way. Origanally the Shroppie made a junction with the Shrewsbury Canal here, but in 1944 the Shrewsbury canal was abandoned (closed), but the named carried on!
