Been for a wet weekend cruse to Foulridge and back, fuelled up and pumped out at Barnoldswick marina. (Remember fuel duty!) Boat in front of us at Foulridge sank over Saturday night! We wondered why there was a little crowd of people on the bank next to our boat, finding some thing very interesting. After travelling back towards our moorings, we left the boat at the top of Bank Newton Locks for a night or so. I came back by my self, to move it back to its proper moorings, but met a couple who had just lost there rudder. (it had popped out of its bottom fixture.) So we breasted the boats up together and Dawn acted as rudder for both boats. So a 2 hour job turned into 7 hour trip to Skipton.
